The Spandau Arcaden boasts an excellent location with perfect transport links and is easily accessible from all directions. From the north, you can reach the center via the "Altstädter Ring" (Old Town Ring Road), from the south via "Wilhelmstraße" (Wilhelm Street), from the east via "Ruhlebener Straße" (Ruhleben Street), and from the west via "Brunsbütteler Damm" (Brunsbüttel Dam).

Public transportation

  • Located directly next to Berlin's second-largest train station with connections to local and long-distance trains.
  • The U7 subway station "Rathaus Spandau" and the S-Bahn station "Bahnhof Spandau" are within walking distance.
  • 13 bus lines from the surrounding area run directly to the Spandau Arcaden.

NEW: Barrier-free parking in the Spandau Arcades

You already know that boundless shopping fun awaits you at Spandau Arcaden. Since March 28th, you can now also park with us without barriers. We’ve upgraded our parking system.

This means you can now not only enter our parking garage without barriers, but you also no longer need a parking ticket thanks to digital license plate recognition.

Step 1: Entering

  • Drive your car into our parking garage.
  • Taking a ticket at the barrier is no longer necessary! A camera automatically captures your license plate upon entry – in compliance with data protection regulations, of course. Your parking time begins as soon as the license plate is scanned..

Step 2: Parking

  • Choose an available parking space – and dive into the shopping fun!
  • Important: Please remember your license plate number! You will need it later for payment.

Step 3: Relaxed Shopping

Step 4: Payment

  • Once you’ve finished shopping, go to the pay station. Enter your license plate number, and the machine will calculate your parking fee.
  • Alternatively, you can scan the QR code on-site and pay online.

Step 5: Exit

  • Once you’ve paid your parking fee, you can leave our parking garage without using the barrier.
  • Your license plate number will be automatically deleted from our system upon exiting.

Please note that the change to our parking system has also resulted in a change to parking rates. These are now as follows:

Day ticket: €6.00*

*Valid on the respective calendar day and must be booked and paid for directly at the machine after parking.

Dynamic hourly rate depending on occupancy:

  • Low occupancy: €1.50 per hour (or part thereof)
  • High occupancy: €2.00 per hour (or part thereof)
  • The entry screen displays the currently applicable hourly rate.

Daily maximum rate: €12.50

Contractual penalty: €55.00*

Discounts from participating shops:

  • Saturn (with purchases of €30.00 or more): 60 minutes free
  • Edeka (with purchases of €30.00 or more): 60 minutes free
  • DAS RADHAUS (with purchases of €30.00 or more): 120 minutes free
  • David Lloyd Meridian Spa: 180 minutes free
