We are looking for you for our store in Berlin (Spandau) as a:
SHIFT LEADER / DEPUTY STORE MANAGER*
THIS IS THE JOB
- You support the store management team with all daily operations
- Together with the management team, you lead the store team and actively shape modern leadership
- You motivate employees through clear goals and support their development through coaching and training
- You are involved in recruiting and onboarding new team members together with the store manager
- You take on responsibility early and gain insight into management tasks
- You ensure the latest fashion trends are presented in-store, inspiring customers and driving sales
- You also handle administrative tasks in the back office
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Completed commercial training or career switch with relevant retail experience
- Ideally first leadership experience, preferably in fashion retail
- Strong, authentic, and committed personality – you lead by example
- Ability to motivate people and inspire them toward new goals
- Sales talent with a strong customer focus and passion for fashion
- Organizational and planning skills
- Hands-on mentality, strong communication, and true team spirit
